The Delaware Turkey Trot is a 3ish mile course, with a 2ish mile walk option on Thanksgiving morning held behind Discount Fashion Warehouse/Kohl's, in Delaware, OH.
Each person receives a draw string bag, long sleeve shirt, finisher medal, and individual dessert (Little Gobbler's receive bag, shirt and medal).
The Little Gobbler is for ages 8 & under
Packet Pickup is spaced out over 3 days the week of the race.

Founded in 2012, the Delaware The Turkey Trot is a family event, all are invited. We donate 100% of our proceeds to the Autism Society of Central Ohio. We have donated nearly $195,000 over our first 11 years.
The Race is held on Thanksgiving morning, behind Designer Fashion Warehouse/Kohl's, in Delaware, OH. The race begins at 8:30am. Kid's Run starts at 8:30, 5K/2Mile directly follows.
Our race caps at 1400 participants, so be sure to register early.
Little Gobbler Kid's Run
Cost: $12 before Nov 10th. | $15 Nov. 11-22
It will be a short race for kids ages 8 and under. Each child will receive a draw string bag, medal, and a t-shirt. We will have 2 Little Gobbler Races, one for ages 4 and under, and one for 5-8.
*If a child wants to run BOTH the Little Gobbler & the 5K, then register for the 5K and let us know that they would also like to do the Little Gobbler.
*If a child is running in the Little Gobbler and will be pushed in a stroller for the 5K, you only need to register them for the Little Gobbler.

5K/2Mile
Cost: $40 before Nov. 10th, $45 Nov 11th-Nov 22
This is a 5k (our course isn't an exact 5K, expect a 3ish mile course) for runners, or walkers. Water is provided on the course and at start/finish. We also have 2 Mile option for the younger runners, or folks who'd prefer to walk. Refreshments are provided at the finish line (water & light snacks). SWAG: Each participant receives a long-sleeved t-shirt, a finisher medal, a draw string bag, and every finisher receives an individual dessert. The top 3 females and top 3 male finishers will receive an award (awards for top 3 5K finishers, 2 mile option does not count for our awards).
Why choose the VIRTUAL OPTION? If you are out of state, or won't be in town for the race, or feel more comfortable running at home, but want to support the cause, and still get your swag (shirt, bag, medal), then this is for you. No desserts for VIRTUAL option. You can choose to ship your packet for a fee.
NO RACE DAY REGISTRATION
Packet Pickup
Each participant receives a packet (shirt, bib, medal, etc), and participants must pick up their packet before race day.
Packets can be picked up at
New Beginnings 2163 St. Rt. 37 E, Delaware OH. Please note that if you are heading East on 37, you will need to U-turn to get to our entrance.
